PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM : EDUCATION

The Workforce Partnership works with all public and private schools in Jackson County for K-12 programs and activities centered around career awareness and enhancing current school curriculum to meet the needs of the area employers.

The county is home to five high schools (four public, one private):

• Seymour Community Schools

• Brownstown Central Community Schools

• Crothersville Community Schools

• Medora Community Schools

• Trinity Lutheran High School

Key partnerships with the Community Learning Center and many post secondary institutions enable the Partnership to increase education and training opportunities for residents of Jackson County with classes available at the Jackson County Education Center in addition to nearby educational institutions.
