are seeking someone who can perform skilled
tasks in the repair and maintenance of
machinery, facilities, and equipment; and apply
technical expertise in determining work methods
and procedures.Your responsibilities will
include: maintaining tools and machinery in good
working order; completing preventive maintenance
requirements as scheduled; troubleshooting
sources of problems by observing mechanical
equipment in operation; replacing defective

picture. Perform a spark test.
Perform an upset test. Cut samples
and tag. Move coil to necessary location
de-scale coil and coat our product so we can
draw wire and anneal. Employees work with
large overhead cranes that are operated by
remote control devices. Coils of wire (up to
6,000 lbs.) are brought into the department,
loaded onto the crane and guided through a
series of chemical baths. This process cleans
and coats the wire for the other processes.
Using right rod for the right order, heat
number and grade is very important. If it is not
done, tensile, hardness will change.
According to checklist, the forklift must
be checked every day. Write a checklist.
Check temperature daily and adjust
accordingly. Check all chemical
concentration every day and according to the
level add chemicals.
